Try restarting your computer first. Close all programs you're not using. If the problem persists, you can contact our support for further assistance.
Check if the WiFi button on your computer is turned on. Look for a WiFi icon at the bottom of the screen. If you don't see the WiFi icon, click on the network icon and enable WiFi.
