TechPal offers a premium subscription that provides unlimited access to AI-powered support and additional features. Subscription fees are charged through the App Store.
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not store or process your payment information directly.
You can manage your subscription through your Apple ID settings. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Refund requests must be submitted through the App Store. Apple's refund policies apply to all purchases made through the App Store.
The App and all content, features, and functionality are owned by TechPal B.V. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the App. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process that content to provide our services.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We are committed to protecting your data and comply with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Union.
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee that the App will be available at all times. We may suspend or discontinue the service at any time.
While we aim to provide accurate and helpful information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided through the App.
The App provides general technical support and should not be considered professional technical advice. For critical technical issues, consult with qualified professionals.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechPal B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TechPal B.V. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Dutch law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
